Crock Pot Teriyaki Pineapple Chicken

4 chicken breast, fat trimmed off
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (fresh, or already frozen is best)

In a bowl mix together everything except chicken and pineapple. Add the chicken breast to a freezer bag, add the sauce in the bag. In a separate freezer bag add the pineapple chunks. To prepare, thaw chicken completely, place in slow cooker on low for 4-6 hours,  or high 3-4 hours add pineapple for the last hour. Serve with rice.

*with some simple modifications this can be gluten free
